THE 10-SECOND BACK-LABEL AUDIT

KNOW WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS. AND WHY.

Look beyond the branding. Compare the ingredient list, the measured portion and the cost per portion. A clear label should make those choices easy.

The ingredient list

100% monohydrate.

One ingredient: creatine monohydrate. No added sugar, stevia, artificial flavours or BCAAs. Read the whole list rather than assuming every blend has the same formula.

The measured portion

5 g powder.

Providing 4.4 g creatine. Monohydrate includes water in its molecular structure. The two amounts describe the same portion. Micronised describes the fine particle size; it does not guarantee complete dissolution in every drink.

The price per portion

About 25p.

£24.99 ÷ 100 portions = 24.99p per portion. Compare equal portion sizes and include delivery costs. We describe this as 100 portions, not a guaranteed 100-day supply.

FEWER. BETTER. TRUSTED.

Why we chose this formula.

A simple formula deserves a clear explanation. Here is what it contains, what the evidence covers and where we draw the line.

What we looked for

Creatine monohydrate is the most widely studied supplemental form. We chose a single-ingredient, unflavoured powder, with 100 measured 5 g portions in a 500 g tub.

Creatine occurs in foods such as meat and fish, and your body also makes it. In muscle, it participates in the system that replenishes ATP during short, intense effort. That mechanism is not a promise of all-day energy.

We are not displaying a UK GMP certification badge until the certificate and its scope are verified.

What the authorised GB claim covers

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. This claim is for adults performing high intensity exercise. It does not describe ordinary daily movement, endurance exercise or treatment for tiredness.

A 5 g powder portion supplies 4.4 g creatine. Follow the final pack directions; the daily frequency is still being confirmed for launch.

What we do not overstate

We do not promise instant muscle growth, clearer thinking, joint protection or a guaranteed saturation date. Creatine is not a hormone, and taking it does not replace training, meals or sleep.

Individual responses and tolerability vary. Water-related weight gain and digestive discomfort can occur. There is no promise of zero bloating.

Declared amountQuantityWhat it means
Creatine monohydrate5 gWhole powder portion

500 g tub ÷ 5 g per portion = 100 portions. The 4.4 g creatine is part of the 5 g monohydrate, not an additional ingredient.

Ingredient: 100% creatine monohydrate powder.

Allergen information: The supplier states that the facility handles milk, egg, soy, gluten, nuts and crustacean-derived products. Check the finished pack for the final allergen and cross-contact statement.

Storage: Keep cool and dry, replace the lid and keep out of children’s reach. The supplier’s three-month opened-pack guidance needs reconciliation with the 100-portion pack; follow the final pack before use.

THE WATER BOTTLE ROUTINE

The morning hydration ritual.

Unflavoured creatine. Orange & mango collagen. A simple mixing option if both formulas suit your routine.

  1. Start with water

Use a shaker or bottle with 500 ml of cold water. Leave room for the powder and for shaking. Ice is optional.

  2. Measure each powder

Measure 5 g WILD Creatine monohydrate, providing 4.4 g creatine. If adding VEDA Marine Collagen, measure its separate 10.5 g portion, providing 9 g marine collagen peptides.

  3. Shake, then drink

Shake well and drink after preparation. Some sediment may remain; shake again if needed. We do not promise invisible or complete dissolution in cold water.

This is a mixing example, not a confirmed daily intake instruction. Follow both final labels and check suitability before combining products. Collagen contains fish. Food first: supplements do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

CONSISTENCY, WITHOUT THE PROMISES

Your 30–90 day routine.

Use these milestones to review your habits. They are not a guaranteed timetable for cellular saturation, muscle gain or visible results.

Days 1–7

Start with clarity.

Check suitability and the final pack directions. Measure accurately and note how you tolerate it. Do not assume that bloating or digestive discomfort cannot happen.

Weeks 2–4

Keep the context.

Keep track of your training, meals and sleep alongside the supplement. Creatine responses vary; there is no universal day when every person’s stores reach capacity.

Days 60–90

Review what fits.

Review convenience, value and suitability. Check the opened-pack guidance and any remaining powder before considering your next tub.

THE ANSWER DESK

Clear answers. No gym folklore.

Will creatine make me bulky or cause water retention?

Creatine can increase water held in muscle and raise body weight. That is different from fat gain, but we cannot promise that you will never feel bloated. Muscle growth also depends on training and other factors.

Digestive discomfort is possible. Check suitability and seek professional advice if symptoms persist.

Is creatine only for young athletes or bodybuilders?

No. Adults beyond competitive sport may consider creatine, but the authorised performance claim is specifically for adults doing short, repeated high intensity exercise.

Age alone does not establish a need for supplementation. This product is not presented as a treatment for brain fog, a bone-protection product or an all-day energy solution.

Does it have any taste, and what can I mix it with?

It is unflavoured, with no added sweeteners or flavourings. Unflavoured does not guarantee an entirely undetectable taste or texture.

Water is the mixing example shown here. Stir or shake well; some sediment may remain. Check the final label for preparation guidance if you prefer tea, coffee or another drink.

Does 100 portions mean a 100-day supply?

The tub contains 100 portions of 5 g. How long it lasts depends on the confirmed daily directions and opened-pack guidance.

The proposed subscription arrives every 90 days. It is a delivery interval, not an instruction to take a particular daily amount. Daily frequency and storage guidance will be confirmed before launch.

How do subscriptions work, and what should I check before use?

A subscription is a recurring purchase with an agreed delivery frequency. Review the price, delivery interval and cancellation terms before confirming a recurring order.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability. Follow the final label and do not exceed its recommended intake.
